Pediatric Cardiosurgery Department

The surgery team works together with pediatric cardiologists that provide pre- and postoperative diagnostic assessment of a child’s condition and therapeutic treatment. The task of the department specialists consists in maximization of the life quality for our patients and relief of burden on their family.

The team of Pediatric Cardiosurgery Department has one of the best results of surgical treatment. The first surgery was performed on April 8, 2004. Annually more than 500 operations are performed in the clinic.

• Correction of congenital heart diseases for new-borns and infants, patients older than 18 years with congenital heart diseases:

— Multistage cardiac surgery interventions;
