The department uses special methods of examination and treatment of patients with acute and chronic ischemic heart disease, rhythm and conduction disorders, chronic heart failure, cardiomyopathies, non-rheumatic myocarditis, arterial hypertension.
Hospitalization is carried out on the bureau's portal as planned within the framework of the GOBMP and OSMS, on an emergency basis for vital indications and on a paid basis for the purpose of conducting a CHECK-UP. Research projects, including international ones, are being conducted using stem cells in patients with chronic heart failure.
When detecting cardiac arrhythmias and conduction disorders, valvular heart defects, hemodynamically significant lesions of the coronary and other arteries and other diseases, the issue of the need for further surgical intervention is collectively resolved, which makes it possible to provide the necessary full-fledged specialized medical care within one clinic.
Types of services provided:
- Coronary angiography and stenting of coronary arteries
- Arteries angiography of the kidneys, stenting of the renal arteries
- Angiography of the arteries of the lower extremities
- Transplantation of mesenchymal autologous bone marrow cells in chronic heart failure with a decrease in the left ventricular ejection fraction of less than 40% (if conservative therapy is ineffective for 3 months).
