DEPARTMENT OF INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY No. 1
The main task of the department is to provide specialized and high-tech inpatient medical care according to the list of SMP and VTMP to patients with a cardiological profile, using modern innovative technologies for diagnosis and treatment. Hospitalization is carried out on the bureau's portal as planned within the framework of the GOBMP and SMS, on an emergency basis for vital indications and on a paid basis in order to conduct a CHECK-UP
Performed therapeutic interventions:
- Balloon angioplasty and coronary artery stenting;
- Balloon angioplasty and stenting of peripheral arteries;
- Implantation of an antiembolic cavafilter;
- Complex stenting of chronic occlusions, critical stem lesions, stenting of significant arteries with multivessel lesion in patients with reduced global LV systolic function (less than 15%), with a high risk of SCD using an auxiliary mechanical device ECMO;
- In the above conditions, and in combination with unstable hemodynamics, stenting with the help of VABC
- installation of a stent graft for endovascular treatment of thoracic aortic and aorto-iliac aneurysms
Advantages of X-ray surgical interventions:
- low injury rate;
- no need for anesthesia;
- short stay of the patient in the hospital;
- absence of such consequences of surgical treatment as scars, adhesions, etc.
