On October 3–4, 2025, the conference “Technologies of Interventional Radiology (X-ray Surgery) in Oncology” was held, bringing together leading experts from various medical centers across Russia and CIS countries.
The event addressed current issues related to the latest advances in local and regional therapy for malignant tumors of various sites.
Dr. Niyaz Malaev, Interventional Radiologist at the Department of General and Thoracic Surgery, presented the experience of the NSMC from 2018 to 2024 in the treatment of liver and other organ malignancies, including thyroid cancer, and exchanged professional expertise with colleagues
